Removing Coroplast Signs from utility poles

There are typically two nails on these signs. With a sturdy garden rake (green on diagram), reach behind one side and fold one half of the sign forward, then pull with the rake at the top nail diagonally. The sign should pop right off. If it only comes off at the top nail simply pull straight down at the bottom nail. Do not let the sign hit you in the face! This works for coroplast signs only - metal and aluminum signs have to be pried off.

Wrong way to remove street spam on utility poles:

Do Not pull straight down from the top - that will leave a strip of the sign behind.
